Change Requests
We begin preparing orders promptly after they are placed. If you need to modify an item, update delivery details, or request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing, fulfillment, or shipment begins.
Cancellations
If a cancellation can be completed before fulfillment, we will confirm it and arrange any appropriate refund. Orders in transit generally cannot be cancelled. Please review the Return and Refund Policy or email us for order-specific guidance.
