Orders are prepared once payment authorization is completed. Processing can vary based on availability, order volume, verification needs, and operating conditions. Shipment confirmation may be sent when tracking information becomes available.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, seasonal demand, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing. We will provide reasonable assistance when shipment information needs review.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming delivery information before checkout. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, although changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins or the order is transferred to a carrier.
